Our First Newsletter
Welcome to the first edition of the Lautenbach Insurance Agency newsletter. It is our desire to keep you informed about what is happening in our agency as well as provide helpful information regarding the insurance industry. In this edition and future editions you will get to know our employees better and learn about new developments within our agency, for example, our new referral program.

This newsletter was developed by our newest employee, Matt Fontneau. Matt was hired to be our agency’s Marketing Manager to bring you, our customers, a better experience. Our New Referral Program
Your referrals mean the world to us. We work hard every day to earn each referral with great service and appreciation for your business. As our way of saying thank you, we’re kicking off our new referral program. We love supporting the charitable efforts in our community, so we’ve tied referrals and charitable giving together. Here’s how it works:
Each time we receive a referral from you, we would like to personally thank you. Our referral program is very simple. The only thing you have to do is tell your friends about us if you like the service that we provide. After that, we will take care of the rest. Here’s how our thank you program works.
- For every referral we receive we will donate $10 to a charity that will rotate quarterly. We will announce each charity in this
- That’s The person you refer doesn’t even have to purchase a policy to count as a referral. There are many worthy charitable organizations in our community. Help us help them!
Our referral program is open to anyone, whether they’re a customer or not.

We Are Renovating
Our current office has been the home of Lautenbach Insurance Agency for the last 31 years. We love our home, and we love being located right in the heart of the Littleton community. That being said, it is time for some updates. As it stands right now, it’s likely that the renovation will start during the month of November. The changes will include all new office furniture, new carpets, a new conference room, prominent glass walls, sound proof ceiling inserts, and several other improvements throughout the office. Needless to say, we are very excited about our wonderful new work space. In addition to all of our new bells and whistles, we are also focusing on adding a designated place to help you whenever you come in to see us. The new office will be tailored to give you the best experience possible when you come visit us as well. The improvements should be complete by the end of the year and will allow us to kick off the new year in a new and exciting way.
We can’t wait for you to see what our new space is going to look like. That is why we will be hosting an open house after the first of the year to show it off. The date of the open house is still yet to be determined, but please keep us in mind for your new year plans. We will release more details about the open house as they become available.

The “Lautenbach Insurance Agency” app is available for free on the App Store and the Google Play Market. The app is a useful resource and can act as a starting place for all of your insurance needs. There is a feature for when you get in an accident that will walk you through, step by step, exactly what you need to do. You can report a claim directly on the app as well. You can search for services like tow trucks, gas stations, and glass repair services based on proximity. Our goal is to make your life as easy as possible, and with this app, we took a big step in the right direction. The app also makes keeping a personal inventory incredibly convenient and easy. You can log each item, its value, proof of purchase, and photographs. In the event that you have a claim, this information can help you be prepared when you are required to present a list of lost or destroyed items. Most people do not think to keep one, but an inventory is a vital tool to make your claim experience as positive as it can be. This app is a wonderful resource for all of our customers. Please take a minute to download it and see just how easy it is to use.
Lautenbach Insurance Agency is very excited to be partnering with Wellspring Community. They will be our first quarterly non-profit for our brand new referral program. In September, Fred and Andy attended a benefit that was hosted by Wellspring and got the chance to personally let them know how we were going to support them. The event, which was called their “Evening of Inspiration,” was a rousing success. Great times were had by all in attendance, and more importantly, the fundraising portion of the evening gave attendees an opportunity to help Wellspring’s cause financially. The live auction included fun games like “heads or tails” (Fred participating pictured below) for Broncos tickets.
The generous donations that were given throughout the course of the evening will surely make a huge difference in the lives of several young adults with special needs. As was to be expected, there were several inspirational moments throughout the course of the night. Some of the participants in Wellspring Community gave a powerful performance of “This is Me” from The Greatest Showman. The trainer from the gym at which several of the program participants train also spoke. She bragged about their accomplishments and their hard work. Seeing the appreciation on the faces of the participants once again affirmed how Wellspring comes alongside these people and empowers them to do the things they aspire to do. AmTrust underwriter Tamara Young also joined Fred and Andy in supporting Wellspring at the event.
We are very proud to support this organization and we look forward to helping them in any way that we possibly can. You can get involved as well.
